Look in the mirror; behold, your leader. Every leader is a champion for freedom and liberation within the black community. Each person is their own individual leader and each person promotes black empowerment in their own unique and original way. Leadership is your individual contribution to the collective advancement of the entire black race.

What is the Black agenda?
Solving black issues first and foremost; the issues within the black community are wide-ranging but these problems can be resolved through economic empowerment and systematic autonomy across all areas of society
As a leader within the black community, hold the following true and evident:
justice
Totally annihilate and completely demolish the system of white supremacy and replace it with the system of justice
reparations
USA government owes reparations to black descendants of American chattel slavery
dismantle
Completely destroy and dismantle the anti-black USA prison industrial complex
Vote
Vote for candidates who publicly campaign, uphold and advance the objectives of the black agenda
educate
Raise, teach and educate my children on black empowerment principles
Support
Support, promote and infuse the black community with entrepreneurship, business ownership and specialized training skills
unity
Encourage, push and advocate for black unity through solidarity as a collective force
Cultivate
Cultivate the growth of my own individual mind, body and spirit through informed,
well-researched and educated personal choices
respect
Publicly respect, uplift, elevate and celebrate the unique beauty of the black woman
Protect
Protect the black community by any
means necessary
